At Gleame, we strive for the highest customer satisfaction and want to ensure you are happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you bought from us, we are happy to offer you the option to request a refund. Refund period
You are entitled to a refund within 30 days after the delivery of the product, as stated on the track & trace code of your order. After this period has expired, unfortunately, we can no longer process refunds.

 

Refund conditions

  2. The product must be returned in the original packaging, including all attached accessories and manuals.
  3. The product must be returned within the specified refund period.

Refund
If your refund is approved, the refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method you used for the purchase within 5 business days. Please note that the processing time for refunds may vary and depends on your financial institution. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return shipment arrived with us and you have not yet received a refund, please contact us via info@gleame.nl.
