Exchanges and returns

On this page, you will find all the information about returns and the refund policy for our products.


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. 

To start a return shipment, you can contact us via info@gleame.nl. The sender is responsible for the return label. We do not charge restocking fees. 

If your return shipment is accepted, we will send you a return form and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The options for exchanges and returns

You may be eligible for an exchange or return within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify, the products must meet our return conditions:

  • The product must be in its original condition and unused.
  • The product must be returned in the original packaging, including all attached accessories and manuals.
  • Contact our customer service to start the return process. Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will process the refund or exchange.

 

Cancellation of placed orders

You have the right to cancel an order placed, as long as it has not yet been shipped. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible via info@gleame.nl to request a cancellation. If the order has already been shipped, you can follow the return procedure once you have received the product.


Damages and issues
Check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess and resolve the issue.

 

Manufacturing defects or defects after use (incl. warranty period)

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or if defects occur after use, our warranty period may apply. Please contact our customer service via info@gleame.nl to file a warranty claim. We will assess the claim and provide you with further instructions for repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the specific case.

 

Delivery of wrong products

If you accidentally received the wrong product, please contact our customer service via info@gleame.nl. We will ensure that the correct product is sent to you as soon as possible and will cover any return costs for the wrong product.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for gift cards. Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), customized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products, whose hygiene and safety cannot be guaranteed after opening.). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or comments about your specific item.


Exchanging
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
If we have received the return shipment in good order, your money will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and complete the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return shipment arrived with us and you have not yet received a refund, please contact us via info@gleame.nl.
